Required Disclosures
Haggerty Arbitrations is no longer in business.
To The General Public: Currently, Haggerty Arbitrations is not required under the California Arbitration Act or any other law to make any disclosures to the general public.
To The Parties Agreeing to Haggerty Arbitrations Serving As Arbitrator: If a party's response to the Arbitration Questionnaire reveals that any actual or potential conflict of interest exists that would or might preclude Haggerty Arbitrations from serving as arbitrator, Haggerty Arbitrations will promptly inform all of the attorneys and self-represented parties in the case of the existence of that conflict and (to the extent it is legally and professionally permitted to do so) the nature of that conflict.
If, after being informed of a conflict of interest, all of the parties and their attorneys consent, in writing, to Haggerty Arbitrations serving as the arbitrator in their case, Haggerty Arbitrations will proceed to do so.
