Haggerty Arbitrations is no longer in business.

After the parties have reviewed the contents of this website and agreed amongst themselves that Haggerty Arbitrations shall serve as the arbitrator in their case, they should forward the originals of their signed Arbitration Service Contract and each of their separate responses to the Arbitration Questionnaire (along with a copy of their pre-incident contractual arbitration clause or post-incident agreement or stipulation to arbitrate) by U.S mail or overnight delivery to:

Note: To avoid any ex parte communications (see Rules, No. 2 and Contract, Term 8), the parties and their attorneys must not attempt to contact Haggerty Arbitrations (or its principal, John K. Haggerty) by telephone or in-person except at a scheduled hearing.
